How we handle the information you share with Harbour Grove Landscaping.

What we collect
When you submit our quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, town or postcode, the service you are interested in and anything you tell us about the project. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that contact and the details of your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free site visit, prepare and send a written quote, and administer the job if you go ahead, including the written contract and invoicing. This is on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is necessary to deliver your project or run the business, for example our customer relationship and email providers, our accountant, or a trusted specialist such as the stonemason we subcontract larger stone walling to. Those parties may only use the information to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Records relating to completed jobs, contracts and payments are kept for six years to meet legal and accounting requirements.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses only the cookies and storage needed for the site to work correctly. Pages that embed Google Maps may set cookies controlled by Google. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, this page will be updated first.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email admin@harbour-grove.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
